ASPIRE Semester 1, Course 9: UDL Incorporating Literacy
January 20th, 2026
This course introduces P-12 educators to Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles with a focus on incorportating literacy instruction across the curriculum by offering multiple means of representation, engagement, and expression to support diverse learners. Participants will design literacy-rich lessons that include flexible supports - such as varied text formats, scaffolded read-alouds, voacabulary aids, and assistive tools - ensuring equitable access and meaningful literacy opportunities for all students.
