This course prepares educators to become data-driven instructors by equipping them with practical tools and strategies for using formative and summative student learning data to inform instructional planning, monitor student progress, and refine classroom practices. Candidates will learn to apply data management systems (such as gradebooks, spreadsheets, and digital platforms), interpret assessment results to adjust instruction, and communicate data-based decisions effectively to students, families, and school leaders.
