Learning Objectives:
- Describe the members and role of an interdisciplinary team in caring for adults and identify high-risk medications
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to integrate occupational therapy in geriatric care
- Navigate a goals of care discusson with older adults and their families
- Recognize the role of additional disciplines to help manage and prevent falls in the elderly population
- Identify the role of healthcare professionals involved in medical aid in dying and apply eligibility criteria to the patient qualification process
