- Explain current guidelines and co-management of patients with varying risk of breast cancer development and care plans.
- Utilize best practices for interprofessional communications and collaboration for patients with various perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms in the clinical and professional environment.
- Recognize referrals and resources for immigrants and refugee patients to address common medical and psychosocial problems and coordinate ideal interprofessional care.
- Implement cross-disciplinary treatment plans to address a patient's physical and psychosocial needs
- Promote collaboration between healthcare providers, therapists, and school team to support patients with developmental and behavioral needs
